Subscription Types
Note: all first-time users are the administrator for their "client". This administrator will have all access to set up and manage the system, manage users, and studies.
Administrator
Used for initial and ongoing setup and administration of Oversite.
Includes all currently supported functions of OverSite including system and study setup, user management, reporting & dashboards, and study execution.
*At least one admin is required for new client setup
Contributor
Used for site personnel who will be performing site functions to execute the study visits.
Includes reporting & dashboards, and study execution
Monitor/Viewer
Used for monitoring only, potentially for project managers, monitors, and/or trial leaders.

For new clients, you will begin with a starter administrator subscription.
This will allow you to set up and use all functions of OverSite.
To add additional users, you may purchase additional subscriptions and assign them to each user.
